Damien Harnett ACA founded Harnett & Co in 2009 following a distinguished career spanning both the Big Four and senior commercial roles. Before establishing the practice, he spent 14 years in public practice - including four years as a Senior Manager at Deloitte in the City of London - where he advised clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to large multinational corporates across a wide range of sectors.

What genuinely sets Damien apart from the vast majority of chartered accountants is that he has also spent a decade running businesses himself. This included serving as Finance Director of a medium-sized multinational group, giving him first-hand experience of the commercial pressures, strategic decisions and operational challenges that business owners face every day.

Damien is personally involved in every client relationship at the practice. That is not a marketing claim - it is a commitment he makes to each and every client, from a sole trader in Twickenham to a multi-site SME group across West London.

Our fees are competitive, and the tax savings and efficiencies we identify for clients typically more than cover the cost of our services.
Do you offer services beyond West London? ▾
Whilst our office is based in Kingston upon Thames, we work with clients across Surrey, South-West London and beyond - including businesses operating nationally and internationally. Many of our services can be delivered entirely remotely using cloud accounting platforms, making geography less of a barrier than it once was.
